Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field required
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience required
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance with minimum liability limits required
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with all legal and regulatory requirements
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of beverage management and inventory control
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Capability to handle customer complaints professionally
Job Duties
- Manage the budgeted revenue, beverage costs, expenses, headcount, and profit for assigned venues
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards comply with codes and maintain equipment properly
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages offered
- Monitor accurate inventory of china, glassware, cutlery, and order replacements minimizing costs
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining service standards
- Conduct staff training on beverage initiatives, preparation methods, and service standards
- Prepare sales, inventory, and personnel reports and implement action plans for budget alignment
