Job Requirements
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field required
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience required
- minimum of three years of supervisory experience required
- must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) certification
- valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required for commuting
- may be required to obtain a gaming license
- must be able to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- must maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- must be able to work in fast-paced, high-demand environment
- proficiency in English communication skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Job Qualifications
- bachelor's degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience

Job Duties
- manages the budgeted revenue, beverage costs, expenses, headcount, and profit for the assigned venue
- ensures cleanliness and sanitation standards are met and equipment is maintained
- maintains knowledge of all liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections and conducts team training
- controls inventory of all bar-related supplies and minimizes replacement costs
- monitors and resolves customer complaints promptly
- prepares sales, inventory, and personnel reports
- supervises hiring, training, evaluating, and developing staff
- reviews scheduling and staffing plans
- leads by example to maximize employee morale
