Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, food service, business or related field
- Minimum of three years of restaurant or related hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years of supervisory experience
- Must obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
- Must obtain and maintain Responsible Beverage Service certification
- May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance required for travel
- Ability to work evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Must maintain confidentiality and comply with legal requirements
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service, Business or related field
- Minimum of three years restaurant or hospitality experience
- Minimum of three years supervisory experience
- Bar experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate change and build commitment
- Professional and personable demeanor
- Ability to delegate, multitask, and prioritize
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with training and development
Job Duties
- Manage budgeted revenue, beverage costs, expenses, headcount, and profit for assigned venue
- Provide explanations for unfavorable variances and implement action plans
- Prepare budget forecasts and conduct research, sales analysis, and business planning
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards and adhere to equipment maintenance schedules
- Ensure staff training on department policies and procedures
- Evaluate operations for efficiency improvements and recommend policy modifications
- Maintain complete knowledge of liquor brands, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic selections and ensure team training
- Maintain accurate inventory of china, glassware, and cutlery and minimize replacement costs
- Monitor customer satisfaction and promptly resolve complaints
- Perform other duties to support efficient department operations
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities including interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees
- Design development plans and succession planning for key roles
- Lead and motivate teams to maximize employee morale
