Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of food and beverage service background and prior hospitality experience
- experience in supervising banquet venue staff
- extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements
- in-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- food and beverage experience
- must be able to work weekends and holidays
- TABC certificate and food handlers certificate required
- maintain positive and productive working relationship with other employees and departments

Job Duties
- Designing and implementing event plans
- supervising employees and preparing staff schedules
- monitoring production of food and beverage to meet quality standards
- ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available
- making sure event setup is completed in an efficient and timely manner
- inspecting event setup to ensure it meets quality standards
- maintaining records and organizing paperwork
- other duties as assigned
