Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of food and beverage service background and prior hospitality experience
- Experience in supervising banquet venue staff
- Extensive knowledge of catering equipment and venue requirements
- In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
- Food and beverage experience
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
- TABC certificate and food handlers certificate required
- Maintain positive and productive working relationship with other employees and departments
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Designing and implementing event plans
- Supervising employees and preparing staff schedules
- Monitoring production of food and beverage to meet quality standards
- Ensuring necessary equipment and materials are available
- Making sure event setup is completed in an efficient and timely manner
- Inspecting event setup to ensure it meets quality standards
- Maintaining records and organizing paperwork
- Other duties as assigned
