Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of bakery experience including scratch baking and decorating
  • at least 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain
  • ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee all baking, packaging, finishing, and merchandising of bakery products
  • ensure freshness, proper labeling, and date rotation of all items
  • execute opening and closing procedures for the bakery
  • maintain department cleanliness, organization, and compliance with sanitation standards
  • coordinate production to meet daily sales forecasts and special events
  • maintain high standards for quality, consistency, and presentation
  • ensure product mix aligns with seasonal and store promotions
