Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to train and develop others effectively
- Valid driver’s license
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation
Job Duties
- Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and compliance with regulations
- Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow
- Manage labor costs to meet company standards
- Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
- Maintain cooperative and harmonious relationships with management team and crew
- Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as necessary
- Assist with crew member duties as needed
- Conduct team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, training, etc.
- Maintain inventory and control food cost variance
- Keep accurate reports and records compliant with regulations
- Maintain building and equipment with proper cleaning and maintenance
- Handle all cash and ensure adherence to cash procedures
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies
- Represent the company professionally and uphold its vision and values
- Perform other tasks as directed by management
