Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of prior asset protection management experience
  • Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
  • Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
  • Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
  • Ability to sustain long periods enclosed in surveillance areas
  • Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of prior asset protection management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership ability
  • Strong strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in theft trend analysis and technology utilization
  • Ability to manage high-profile incidents and special events
  • Experience fostering a culture of diversity, inclusion, and respect

Job Duties

  • Lead the store executive team in planning, implementing, monitoring, and managing the store's shortage prevention and awareness programs
  • Develop relationships with Store, Division, and Regional leaders to gain support towards achieving shortage goals
  • Manage and monitor internal and external theft investigations, apprehensions, and recoveries
  • Analyze theft trends through the utilization of available AP reports, systems, and technology
  • Establish a high level of shortage awareness and effectiveness determined by audit results
  • Ensure that all AP policies and procedures are thoroughly understood by the AP team and executed effectively
  • Manage and monitor payroll expenses
