Job Requirements
- High school graduate general studies and 2 years of leadership experience or three years equivalent combination of culinary education and culinary experience
- ServSafe manager upon hire
- ServSafe general certification within 60 days
- Registered Dietician within 24 months or Certified Dietary Manager within 24 months
- Able to conduct sanitation audits and maintain regulatory compliance
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Effective communication and leadership abilities

Job Duties
- Oversee preparation, distribution, and storage of all food items
- Plan and prepare regular and modified menus including special events
- Follow standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines
- Manage inventory and assist in catering production
- Conduct sanitation and performance audits regularly
- Direct and manage patient non-interactive food service positions
- Maintain communication with staff and customers regarding service levels
