Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare leadership at manager level or above
- combination of education, experience, and background may be considered
- skill in leadership, initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making
- demonstrated improvement of assigned area outcomes
- knowledge and use of electronic health records
- excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated customer service and operational improvement in ambulatory setting
- strong knowledge of business and medical administration
- working knowledge of ambulatory regulatory requirements including HIPAA, scheduling, and billing
Job Qualifications
- Associate degree preferred
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- minimum 3 years of healthcare leadership experience at manager level or above
- demonstrated experience in operational improvement and sustainable tactics
- skill in leadership, initiative, judgment, discretion, and decision-making
- excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- demonstrated excellence in customer service and patient experience
- knowledge of business and medical administration principles
- working knowledge of ambulatory regulatory requirements including HIPAA, scheduling, and billing
- ability to utilize electronic health records for monitoring clinic operations
- comfort communicating with all personnel levels
Job Duties
- Manage clinical and business operations of assigned sites including quality clinical services delivery
- improve patient experience
- oversee materials management
- lead software implementations
- ensure regulatory compliance
- maintain equipment and environment of care
- manage facility operations and be available after hours for emergency issues
- support strategic direction of ambulatory operations and institute growth initiatives
- exemplify core values of inclusion, compassion, and excellence
- partner with physicians, clinical personnel, and administrative leadership to remove barriers
- provide effective leadership to direct and indirect reports
- implement and meet goals, policies, and procedures
- coordinate standardized work procedures to improve efficiency
- coach, develop, mentor, and hold accountable team members
- execute leader rounding and practice reward and recognition
- create quarterly goal action plans
- perform data reporting and analysis
- participate in professional development and maintain affiliations
- perform related duties and special projects as assigned
