Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of experience in airline operations (5+ years preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Expertise in Sabre suite of products preferred
  • Previous experience in a SOC/OCC environment or airport customer service preferred
  • Physical ability involving pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking, and lifting up to 30 lbs
  • Shift position requiring ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and any shift
  • Ability to work shifts with minimal breaks in a high-stress airport environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% for meetings and operational support
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in airline operations, 5+ years preferred
  • Demonstrated effective communication skills at all organizational levels
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Experience with Sabre suite of products preferred
  • Prior experience in SOC/OCC or airport customer service preferred
  • Ability to manage high stress and complex operational environments
  • Valid driver's license
  • Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher license preferred

Job Duties

  • Aggressively respond to safety events involving employee injury, customer injury, and aircraft damage
  • Serve as the Endeavor Air operational representative and liaison at the hub
  • Forecast daily operational capabilities and communicate with the Operations Control Center
  • Build and maintain strong communication lines with business partners and the OCC
  • Monitor ground service equipment status and its impact on operations
  • Advocate for Endeavor Air in coordination with Delta ACC and service managers
  • Actively monitor flight operations and mitigate departure delays
  • Ensure accurate data transmission to flight crews and public display screens
  • Assist in tarmac delay mitigation compliant with DOT3 requirements
  • Coordinate IROP plans and work with crew scheduling and strategic planning teams
  • Monitor service levels of airport partners and manage deficiencies
  • Provide operational guidance to local flight, inflight, and maintenance staff
  • Participate in daily briefings and conference calls with Endeavor and Delta management
  • Manage operations in a high-stress airport environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
