Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of experience in airline operations including airport customer service, crew, and aircraft performance (5+ years preferred)
  • demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • expertise in Sabre suite of products preferred
  • previous experience in SOC/OCC environment and/or airport customer service preferred
  • physical ability to perform duties involving pulling, pushing, reaching, bending, standing, walking and light lifting not exceeding 30 lbs
  • willingness to work any shift with a bid schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • ability to work shifts with minimal breaks in a high stress airport environment
  • willingness to travel up to 20% to attend meetings and support operations
  • valid driver’s license
  • Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher license preferred

Job Duties

  • Aggressively respond to safety events involving employee injury, customer injury, and aircraft damage
  • serve as the operational representative and liaison for all Endeavor Air flights at the hub
  • forecast daily operational abilities and communicate with the Endeavor Air Operations Control Center
  • make decisions based on operational goals including net promoter score with an emphasis on customer protection
  • build and maintain communication with business and service partners and the Endeavor OCC
  • monitor hub ground service equipment status and communicate impacts to the OCC
  • advocate Endeavor's position with Delta ACC Coordinators and Service Manager
  • actively mitigate departure delays
  • monitor aircraft and FAA frequencies to ensure accurate data transmission to flight crews
  • ensure accurate public display information
  • assist in tarmac delay mitigation related to DOT3 requirements
  • support Crew Scheduling and Strategic Planning Team with flight prioritization and IROP schedule adjustments
  • develop IROP plans with the Endeavor Air OCC
  • coordinate with core OCC disciplines for minimal impact schedule adjustments
  • monitor service levels of all airport partners and correct deficiencies
  • provide operational guidance to local Flight, Inflight and Maintenance staff
  • participate in Endeavor and Delta daily briefings and conference calls
  • perform other duties as assigned
