Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience preferred in full service, fast casual or similar
- Experience in serving, cooking, or bartending considered for strong candidates
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Capability to lead and supervise staff
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team-building skills

- Experience with inventory management and budgeting

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service
- Manage and support kitchen and bar staff effectively
- Maintain high standards of food quality and preparation from scratch
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to prevent shortages
- Implement company policies and procedures consistently
- Develop and motivate team members to foster a positive work environment
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
