Job Requirements

  • one or more years of experience in full service or fast casual restaurant
  • current or previous hourly restaurant experience serving, cooking, or bartending is valuable
  • ability to work a five-day work week
  • willingness to contribute to a team environment
  • ability to manage a busy kitchen and bar
  • commitment to quality and operational excellence
  • legal authorization to work in the US

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous management experience in full service or fast casual restaurant preferred
  • strong leadership and communication skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of food safety standards
  • experience with inventory management
  • customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • manage restaurant operations efficiently
  • lead and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • oversee food and beverage preparation ensuring quality and consistency
