Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience preferred
- Experience in full-service, fast casual, or similar settings
- Previous or current hourly restaurant experience in serving, cooking, or bartending
- Ability to work a 5-day work week
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations effectively

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Experience with staff training and development
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Previous experience in serving, cooking, or bartending is beneficial

Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage and develop restaurant staff through training and leadership
- Maintain high standards of food preparation and customer service
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
