Job Requirements

  • One or more years of experience in full service fast casual or similar restaurant environments preferred
  • Previous or current experience in serving cooking or bartending considered for strong candidates
  • Ability to work 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
  • Must be able to lead a team and operate a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Willingness to promote from within and grow within the company

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve high performance and exceptional customer service
  • Oversee food preparation and bartending to maintain quality and freshness standards
  • Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence
  • Coordinate scheduling and manage higher staff counts to support busy kitchen and bar environments
