Job Requirements
- One or more years of experience in full service fast casual or similar restaurant environments preferred
- Previous or current experience in serving cooking or bartending considered for strong candidates
- Ability to work 5-day workweek with flexible scheduling
- Must be able to lead a team and operate a fast-paced restaurant environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Willingness to promote from within and grow within the company

Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high performance and exceptional customer service
- Oversee food preparation and bartending to maintain quality and freshness standards
- Implement company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence
- Coordinate scheduling and manage higher staff counts to support busy kitchen and bar environments
- Develop team members through training and leadership to foster a collaborative workplace
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
