Job Requirements

  • One or more years of experience preferred
  • Previous hourly restaurant experience serving, cooking, or bartending considered
  • Ability to work a five-day work week
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Must be able to manage busy restaurant environments
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in full service or fast casual restaurant settings preferred
  • Strong candidates with hourly restaurant experience serving, cooking, or bartending considered
  • Experience managing staff preferred
  • Ability to lead and develop team members effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
  • Oversee food and beverage preparation to maintain quality standards
  • Lead, train, and develop restaurant staff to build teamwork and high performance
  • Monitor inventory and order supplies efficiently
  • Handle customer service issues and ensure guest satisfaction
  • Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards
  • Coordinate with management team to meet financial and operational goals
