Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of restaurant experience preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team
  • Valid work authorization for the location

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience preferred in full service, fast casual, or similar restaurant settings
  • Previous or current experience in serving, cooking, or bartending considered for strong candidates
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Basic financial acumen related to restaurant operations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy restaurant environment

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate team members to deliver excellent dining experiences
  • Monitor and maintain food preparation and beverage standards
  • Oversee staff scheduling and labor management to maintain optimal coverage
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
