Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of restaurant experience preferred
- Prior experience in full-service or fast casual environment desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate efficiently under pressure
Job Qualifications
- One or more years of experience in full-service, fast casual, or similar restaurant environments preferred
- Experience serving, cooking, or bartending in hourly restaurant roles considered for strong candidates
- Ability to lead and develop a team
- Knowledge of food and beverage preparation from scratch
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead and develop team members to deliver high-quality service
- Ensure food and drink preparation standards are met according to company recipes
- Maintain high energy and vibrant dining and bar atmosphere
- Oversee staffing levels to ensure adequate support
- Promote teamwork and positive employee relationships
- Implement company policies and uphold standards for quality and safety
