Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum one year of restaurant experience preferred
  • Prior experience in full-service or fast casual environment desirable
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate efficiently under pressure

Job Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in full-service, fast casual, or similar restaurant environments preferred
  • Experience serving, cooking, or bartending in hourly restaurant roles considered for strong candidates
  • Ability to lead and develop a team
  • Knowledge of food and beverage preparation from scratch
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
