Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum two years management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
- Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
- Food Handlers Card
- ABC Service Certification
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work in elevated temperature environments
- Ability to work safely in tight spaces
- Proficient in English language
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stress
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- College degree preferred
- Minimum two years experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar management
- Food Handlers Card
- ABC Service Certification
- CPR certification or First Aid training preferred
- Proficient verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Teamwork and Toast POS systems
- Strong interpersonal and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Job Duties
- Supervise all employees on the floor
- Perform all manager POS responsibilities
- Ensure food and beverage quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
- Manage operational supplies to keep inventory fully stocked
- Respond to guest and employee issues professionally
- Complete all daily operational documentation including logs and incident reports
