Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum two years management experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar
  • Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages
  • Food Handlers Card
  • ABC Service Certification
  • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in elevated temperature environments
  • Ability to work safely in tight spaces
  • Proficient in English language
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stress

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • College degree preferred
  • Minimum two years experience in fast-paced restaurant or bar management
  • Food Handlers Card
  • ABC Service Certification
  • CPR certification or First Aid training preferred
  • Proficient verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Teamwork and Toast POS systems
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

Job Duties

  • Supervise all employees on the floor
  • Perform all manager POS responsibilities
  • Ensure food and beverage quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of the restaurant
  • Manage operational supplies to keep inventory fully stocked
  • Respond to guest and employee issues professionally
  • Complete all daily operational documentation including logs and incident reports
