Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen years of age
  • Pass company background check
  • Valid driving record and proof of insurance
  • Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Obtain valid state-approved Seller/Server Certification within 90 days
  • Obtain health certification within 90 days
  • No visible tattoos on head, neck, or face above uniform
  • Tattoos on arms or hands must be less than one inch unless concealed
  • Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to perform essential job functions as listed

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions
  • Competence in using computer and calculator
  • Professional personal appearance
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to resolve guest issues tactfully

Job Duties

  • Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members to ensure excellent guest service
  • Oversee food preparation, safety, and quality standards
  • Develop strategies to exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Manage overall operations ensuring increased sales profitability and employee retention
  • Interact with customers providing excellent guest service and resolving complaints
  • Motivate team members to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service in clean surroundings
  • Assume full accountability for restaurant profit and loss, implement marketing strategies, manage labor and inventory, and review financial reports
  • Operate point of sale terminal effectively
