Job Requirements

Hospitality degree preferred
3-5 years management experience in full-service restaurants or retail
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
Commitment to safety and compliance
Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

Job Duties

Lead daily operations across diverse concepts including retail, quick service, and full service
Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality and presentation standards
Own scheduling and staffing to support every shift and maintain high service levels
Develop and execute onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers
Create a positive workplace culture that supports and motivates team members
Champion safety and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
Address audit findings with urgency, implementing corrective measures
Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and collective bargaining agreements
