Job Requirements

  • Hospitality degree preferred
  • 3-5 years management experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays
  • Commitment to safety and compliance
  • Ability to lead and motivate teams effectively

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead daily operations across diverse concepts including retail, quick service, and full service
  • Ensure all food and beverage products meet quality and presentation standards
  • Own scheduling and staffing to support every shift and maintain high service levels
  • Develop and execute onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers
  • Create a positive workplace culture that supports and motivates team members
  • Champion safety and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards
  • Address audit findings with urgency, implementing corrective measures
  • Communicate OTG policies clearly using the Crewmember Handbook and collective bargaining agreements
