Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum one year experience as Jack in the Box Assistant Manager or similar role
- Certified in all restaurant workstations
- ServSafe certification or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and insurance
- Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
- Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- Availability to work any day and time including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
- Ability to perform basic math
- Good organizational and planning skills

- Internal promote preferred with experience as Team Member, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Minimum one year experience as Jack in the Box Assistant Manager or similar role
- Certified in all restaurant workstations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-starter who takes initiative
- ServSafe certification or equivalent required
- Ability to perform and understand basic math
- Proven analytical skills

Job Duties
- Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
- Model a guest comes first attitude with a genuine smile and positive spirit
- Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
- Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Interact effectively with diverse groups of people without bias
- Create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment

- Motivate and inspire employees to achieve high performance

- Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees
