Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum one year experience as Jack in the Box Assistant Manager or similar role
Certified in all restaurant workstations
ServSafe certification or equivalent required
Valid driver's license and insurance
Ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
Ability to stand and walk approximately 90-95% of shift
Ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
Availability to work any day and time including weekends and holidays
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrates integrity and ethical behavior
Ability to perform basic math
Good organizational and planning skills

Job Qualifications

Internal promote preferred with experience as Team Member, Team Leader, or Assistant Manager
High school diploma or equivalency
Minimum one year experience as Jack in the Box Assistant Manager or similar role
Certified in all restaurant workstations
Excellent interpersonal skills
Self-starter who takes initiative
ServSafe certification or equivalent required
Ability to perform and understand basic math
Proven analytical skills
Strong organization and planning abilities

Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests

Ensure timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
Respond to guest concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner
Interact effectively with diverse groups of people without bias
Create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
