Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Kitchen managers must have current alcohol and food certification that meets state requirements
- This position requires you to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to 12 hours in length and be able to lift 25-50 pounds
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manages restaurant environment ensuring prompt, friendly service
- Directs overall activities and performance of associates
- Breeds a culture guided by company mission statement
- Responds and corrects verbal guest complaints promptly
- Ensures 100% table visitation for guest contact
- Enforces alcohol awareness policies
- Maintains adequate departmental inventory levels
- Oversees product preparation and presentation standards
- Effectively schedules associates to meet sales demands
- Maintains safety and security programs according to company policies
- Corrects unsafe practices or conditions
- Promotes cleanliness and sanitation
- Performs routine maintenance and reports repairs
- Advises General Manager on non-routine situations
- Communicates with other managers daily
- Completes assigned duties and responsibilities
- Promotes quality recruitment and referrals of management candidates
- Implements training procedures for new managers
- Maintains trained staff through orientation and training sessions
- Determines job assignments for shifts
- Conducts associate development and evaluations
- Provides fair feedback and coaching
- Conducts interviews for service performers
- Monitors performance and manages disciplinary actions
- Assures compliance with company policies
- Controls costs in assigned department
- Maintains and controls company assets
- Complies with all laws and regulations
- Reports progress on restaurant objectives
- Ensures compliance with cash handling procedures
- Executes weekly inventories and costs
- Prepares and submits accurate paperwork
- Develops Assistant Managers and key hourly associates
- Inspires teamwork and cooperation
