Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in restaurant management preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong organizational skills
basic math skills
physical ability to handle meat cutting and grinding tasks
must comply with company policies and health regulations

Job Qualifications

previous experience as a Papa Johns manager is a plus
strong leadership and motivational skills
excellent customer service abilities
ability to train and supervise team members
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
good communication skills
experience in inventory management

Job Duties

sharpen and adjust cutting equipment
receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery
cut, bone, or grind pieces of meat
weigh, wrap, label and store cuts of meat
know and comply with proper storage standards
participate in product rotation, inventory, waste management and ordering of product
clean equipment and work areas according to sanitation standards
