Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year of restaurant management or hospitality management experience preferred
- ability to lift up to 50lbs
- availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- excellent communication skills
- basic math and cash handling proficiency
- ability to manage a team of up to six people
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a barista and or management ideal
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve food smoothies and juice according to established recipes and standards
- take customer orders accurately and efficiently upselling additional items as appropriate
- operate blenders juice machines knives grill and other equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of working stations
- monitor product levels and replenish supplies as needed to ensure availability and freshness
- provide friendly and attentive customer service engaging with guests to enhance their experience and address any concerns
- follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and hygienic workspace
