Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- minimum one year experience as a Jack in the Box assistant manager or similar role
- 100 percent certified in all workstations
- must attain ServSafe certification or equivalent
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- availability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
- ability to stand and walk approximately 90 to 95 percent of the shift
- ability to lift and carry 10-65 lbs
- ability to operate cash register and read video monitors
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- analytical and organizational abilities
- demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
Job Qualifications
- Internal promote preferred who meets requirements for team member, team leader, assistant manager
- high school diploma or equivalency
- minimum one year experience as a Jack in the Box assistant manager or similar role
- 100 percent certified in all workstations
- excellent interpersonal skills
- self-starter with initiative and responsibility
- must attain ServSafe certification or equivalent
- basic math skills
- proven analytical skills
- good organization and planning skills
- valid driver’s license and insurance
- use of personal vehicle for business purposes
- demonstrated integrity and ethical behavior
- ability to work minimum 45 hours weekly
- availability to work any day and time, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Set the customer service example by maintaining visibility and interacting with guests
- model a guest comes first attitude with friendliness and positivity
- ensure the timeliness, quality, and accuracy of all orders
- respond to guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly
- interact effectively with diverse groups without bias
- create a friendly, fun, clean, and safe restaurant environment
