Job Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- design strategy and set goals
- set policies and systems/processes
- ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- prepare regular reports
- coaching
- run shifts and staff according to position
- evaluate staff
- follow food safety goals and regulations
- use existing data and reports to provide solutions to issues and track results
- use computers and iPads
- be knowledgeable of the assignments for all stations in the store
- maintain personal knowledge by completing ongoing in-house training and stay up to date on any changes
- make sure all opening or closing tasks as assigned and completed
