Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalency
- minimum of 1 year as a JIB assistant manager or similar experience
- must attain ServSafe certification or other as required
- valid driver's license insurance and use of personal vehicle
- ability to perform and understand basic math concepts
- ability to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to stand and walk 90 to 95 percent of shift
- ability to lift and carry 10 to 65 lbs

- analyzes operational and financial performance data
- implements action plans for improvement based on trends
- focuses on increasing sales and profitability
- monitors costs to adhere to budgets and goals
- makes decisions aligned with company goals and exercises independent judgment
