Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in restaurant management or related field preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Basic computer proficiency
- Physical ability to stand and walk during shifts
- Ability to lift 15-25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work well with diverse groups of people
- Good organization and planning skills
- Knowledge of food safety best practices
- Knowledge of budgeting food cost and sales
- Basic knowledge of personal computer and related software applications
- Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
