Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • valid driver's license with liability insurance
  • good driving record
  • satisfactory background check
  • must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • must be able to stand for entire shift
  • must be able to reach, bend, stoop, lift, shake, stir, pour, carry and push on occasion
  • must be able to read orders, menu board and receipts
  • frequent contact with cleaning and sanitation solutions and food products
  • frequent washing of hands
  • must be able to use computers, telephones and office equipment

Job Qualifications

  • must be at least 18 years of age
  • high school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience
  • associate's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of restaurant leadership experience preferred
  • valid driver's license with liability insurance and a good driving record
  • strong communication and negotiation skills
  • demonstrated ability to work in a team environment with strong leadership skills
  • knowledge of restaurant operating systems and budgetary concepts
  • food handlers certification
  • food safety certification (may vary based on location)

  • optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
  • training and developing new hourly team members
  • increasing sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations
  • maintain an overall management style in accordance with established best practices

  • ensure food quality and customer service standards
