This job posting is for a Restaurant Manager position within a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee, not Jack in the Box Inc. This means that the independent franchisee will be your direct employer if you are hired. The franchisee is responsible for all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, discipline, wages, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements

  • Must have the ability to work well with diverse groups of people
  • Have good organization and planning skills
  • Knowledge of food safety best practices
  • Knowledge of budgeting food cost and sales
  • Basic knowledge of personal computer and related software applications
  • Must be a self-starter who takes initiative and accepts responsibility
  • Physically must be able to stand and walk 90-95 percent of shift
  • Lift and carry 15-25 lbs
