Job Requirements

- proven experience in leadership roles
- knowledge of food safety and inventory management systems

Job Duties
- lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
- oversee front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations
- maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
- recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff
- report operational results to management team
