Job Duties

  • lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service

  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service
  • oversee front counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru operations
  • maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • recruit, train, schedule, and motivate staff
  • report operational results to management team
