Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior management experience in hospitality or retail preferred
- ability to lead and motivate a team
- strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- flexible work availability including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
- set goals and delegate tasks to team members
- follow up on delegated tasks and report results
- ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer experience and properly trained
- organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- ensure kitchen staff produce quality foods safely and manage food costs effectively
- recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
- motivate and recognize crew performance
- maintain compliance with restaurant operational standards
