Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior management experience in hospitality or retail preferred
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • flexible work availability including weekends and holidays
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties

  • lead weekly shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
  • manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • set goals and delegate tasks to team members
  • follow up on delegated tasks and report results
  • ensure guest service staff deliver excellent customer experience and properly trained
  • organize Front Counter, McCafe, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
  • ensure kitchen staff produce quality foods safely and manage food costs effectively
  • recruit, train, and schedule crew to meet sales and profit goals
  • motivate and recognize crew performance
  • maintain compliance with restaurant operational standards
