Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- demonstrated ability to develop and manage budgets
- proficient in financial analysis and reporting
- experience in marketing and promotional activities
- strong negotiation and contract management skills
- familiarity with health and safety regulations
- excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Meet restaurant financial objectives by developing financing
- establish banking relationships
- prepare strategic and annual forecasts and budgets
- analyze variances and initiate corrective actions
- establish and monitor financial controls
- develop and implement strategies to increase average meal checks
- attract patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, public and community relations programs
- evaluate program results
- identify and track changing demands
- control purchases and inventory by meeting with the General Manager, Director of Operations and Bar Manager
- negotiate prices and contracts
- develop preferred supplier lists
- review and evaluate usage reports
- analyze variances and take corrective actions
- maintain patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings
- initiate improvements
- build relationships with preferred patrons
- maintain safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures
- comply with health and legal regulations
- maintain security systems
