Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
- Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
- Must meet state requirements for alcohol and food certifications for Kitchen Managers
- Position reports to General Manager
Job Qualifications

- Oversee employee performance and provide ongoing training
- Manage responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
