Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications as required
  • Ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
  • Must meet state requirements for alcohol and food certifications for Kitchen Managers
  • Position reports to General Manager

Job Qualifications

  • Promote community involvement through the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards in all operational areas
  • Oversee employee performance and provide ongoing training
  • Manage responsible alcohol service and food safety certifications
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
