Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to handle money accurately and process transactions
- Creativity and sound judgment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Ensure company policy and brand quality standards are followed
- Optimize profits by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
- Train and develop new hourly team members
- Increase sales by ensuring responsible and efficient operations

- Provide leadership and direction to all team leaders and team members to ensure efficient operation
