Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a server or bartender
- Ability to work 45-50 hours per week
- Positive, friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
- Effective teamwork and communication skills
- Experience with training and leadership responsibilities preferred

Job Duties
- Ensure success of guest service and guest experience
- Cost control including food, bar, labor, ordering and inventory
- Oversee staff before, during and after service
- Provide training and coaching of standards
- Shift planning and scheduling of staff for anticipated business flow
- Ensure labor law compliance
- Perform opening and/or closing duties of the restaurant
- Coach and motivate team to support and align with company culture and business needs
- Implement specials and marketing initiatives, scheduling and inventory
- Assist in interviewing and orientation of new team members
