Job Requirements

  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Pass the companys background process
  • Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
  • Must be able to obtain a ServSafe and Seller/Server Alcohol certifications
  • Previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties

  • Engage in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
  • Build and maintain a strong team with a Guest First mentality
  • Grow top sales by delivering exceptional service to neighborhood guests
  • Oversee food preparation, safety and quality
  • Effectively interact with guests and manage dining room operations
  • Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations
  • Assume full accountability for restaurant profit and loss management by following marketing, cash, inventory, labor, and food cost procedures
