- Pass the companys background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Must be able to obtain a ServSafe and Seller/Server Alcohol certifications
- Previous restaurant management experience

Job Duties
- Engage in all aspects of day-to-day restaurant operations
- Build and maintain a strong team with a Guest First mentality
- Grow top sales by delivering exceptional service to neighborhood guests
- Oversee food preparation, safety and quality
- Effectively interact with guests and manage dining room operations
- Motivate and direct team members to exceed customer expectations
- Assume full accountability for restaurant profit and loss management by following marketing, cash, inventory, labor, and food cost procedures
