Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience leading teams
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities

Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- Manage assigned systems like training, food safety, inventory management
- Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results
- Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent guest service and execute sales promotions
- Train service staff and maintain organized front counter, McCafe, and drive-thru areas
- Oversee food production quality, safety, and cost control in the kitchen
- Manage hiring, training, scheduling, and employee motivation to meet sales and profit goals
