Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform cleaning tasks
- Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in customer service or retail environments
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to engage hands-on with daily operations

Job Duties
- Lead with heart and passion by developing a winning team that thrives on teamwork and exceptional customer service
- Mentor new leaders and empower Brewistas to grow into exciting roles
- Create flexible schedules to ensure operational coverage including early mornings and late nights
- Coach, observe, and train team members to work effectively as a cohesive unit
- Stay connected with all facets of operation, leading by example and assisting during peak times
- Manage multiple personalities, solve problems on the fly, and remain calm under pressure
- Build meaningful connections with customers and teammates to enhance the stand experience
