Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50lbs, and perform cleaning tasks
  • Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in customer service or retail environments
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Willingness to engage hands-on with daily operations

Job Duties

  • Manage multiple personalities, solve problems on the fly, and remain calm under pressure
  • Build meaningful connections with customers and teammates to enhance the stand experience
