Job Requirements
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- High school diploma or GED required
- Pass the company’s background process
- Have a clear driving record and proof of insurance
- Able to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Obtain valid, state approved Seller/Server Certification for alcohol and health certification within 90 days of employment
- No visible tattoos on head, neck or face above the uniform and no visible tattoos on arms or hands except one smaller than 1 inch by 1 inch unless concealed
- May perform essential functions and duties as listed in the restaurant manager job description
- Able to work flexible hours up to 55 hours per week on any shift
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Good oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram or schedule instructions
- Ability to use a computer and calculator
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve guest issues with tact
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends
Job Duties
- Supervise and train a team of 20 to 45 team members
- Oversee food preparation ensuring safety and quality
- Motivate team members to exceed customer expectations with fast, accurate, friendly service
- Manage overall restaurant operations including profit and loss responsibility
- Implement marketing strategies and follow cash control procedures
- Maintain inventory and manage labor scheduling
- Operate point of sale terminal and review financial reporting
