Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of food quality control and safety standards
Job Duties
- Address all guest complaints
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant
- Ensure the quality of food served to guests
- Maintain proper staffing for optimal functionality and profitability
- Reinforce employee guidelines established at orientation and training
- Uphold and promote company values and policies
- Work closely with the General Manager and Kitchen Manager
- Perform all front-of-house positions as needed
- Set up the restaurant for success during and after every shift
- Create and maintain ambiance
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Aloha point-of-sale system
- Exhibit superior knowledge of all food items, drinks, standards, and expectations
- Conduct line checks and quality control checks
- Build lasting guest relations
- Administer progressive discipline and employee communication documentation
- Problem solve maintenance issues and know appropriate contacts
