Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city, county, state requirements
  • ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
  • ability to lift 25-50 pounds

  • ability to handle guest complaints professionally

Job Duties

  • Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
  • directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
  • addresses and corrects guest complaints and ensures a target of 100% table visitation
  • enforces responsible service of alcohol
  • maintains adequate inventory and schedules associates effectively
  • ensures safety, security, cleanliness and sanitation to required standards
  • manages associate recruitment, training, performance evaluation and compliance with company policies
  • controls departmental costs and assets
  • complies with legal regulations and company cash handling procedures
  • prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
  • participates in team development and fosters a positive workplace culture
