Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of management experience in the restaurant, entertainment or hospitality industry
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- must have current alcohol and food certifications that meet city, county, state requirements
- ability to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 12 hours
- ability to lift 25-50 pounds

Job Duties
- Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines
- directs overall activities and performance of associates on a shift by shift basis
- addresses and corrects guest complaints and ensures a target of 100% table visitation
- enforces responsible service of alcohol
- maintains adequate inventory and schedules associates effectively
- ensures safety, security, cleanliness and sanitation to required standards
- manages associate recruitment, training, performance evaluation and compliance with company policies
- controls departmental costs and assets
- complies with legal regulations and company cash handling procedures
- prepares and submits accurate daily paperwork
- participates in team development and fosters a positive workplace culture
