Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead, train and develop team members
- Commitment to upholding company culture and values
- Ability to use operational and business management systems

- Ensure a great guest experience
- Role model and hold team members accountable to operational and quality standards
