Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • capability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
  • ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
  • proficiency with restaurant management technology
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
  • strong customer service background with focus on guest experience and operational excellence
  • extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
  • familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, POS systems
  • strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • acute financial management skills with experience handling budgets and profit and loss reports

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
  • maintain service excellence ensuring elevated and seamless dining experience
  • monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
  • organize and supervise staff shifts ensuring optimal floor coverage
  • implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
  • recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
  • train and mentor employees in customer service and operational excellence
  • conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback
  • foster team morale and motivation ensuring a collaborative work environment
  • deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
  • uphold THE ONE GROUP's brand image and develop initiatives to enhance local presence
  • promote the brand through word-of-mouth marketing, events, and partnerships
  • recommend creative ways to attract new guests including social media engagement and promotions
  • monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability and cost control
  • identify areas to optimize sales, reduce waste, and improve financial performance
  • work with leadership to develop marketing and promotional strategies
  • create detailed financial reports
  • maintain oversight of inventory and purchasing strategies
