Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of sanitation and safety regulations
- ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- proficiency with restaurant management technology
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience as a restaurant manager, general manager, or hospitality manager
- strong customer service background with focus on guest experience and operational excellence
- extensive food and beverage knowledge with ability to educate staff on menus and ingredients
- familiarity with restaurant management software such as OpenTable, Avero, POS systems
- strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- acute financial management skills with experience handling budgets and profit and loss reports
Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including front-of-house and back-of-house management
- maintain service excellence ensuring elevated and seamless dining experience
- monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- organize and supervise staff shifts ensuring optimal floor coverage
- implement and uphold company policies and hospitality standards
- recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
- train and mentor employees in customer service and operational excellence
- conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback
- foster team morale and motivation ensuring a collaborative work environment
- deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
- handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- uphold THE ONE GROUP's brand image and develop initiatives to enhance local presence
- promote the brand through word-of-mouth marketing, events, and partnerships
- recommend creative ways to attract new guests including social media engagement and promotions
- monitor restaurant revenue and expenses ensuring profitability and cost control
- identify areas to optimize sales, reduce waste, and improve financial performance
- work with leadership to develop marketing and promotional strategies
- create detailed financial reports
- maintain oversight of inventory and purchasing strategies
