Job Requirements

  • Must have a degree in hospitality preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
  • ability to maintain a positive work environment
  • knowledge of health and safety regulations
  • ability to manage and train team members
  • experience handling audits and corrective actions

Job Qualifications

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
  • multi-unit management experience is a plus
  • proficiency with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • proficiency with Microsoft Suite
  • ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, quick-service, and full-service restaurants in the assigned area
  • ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG's standards for quality and presentation
  • manage scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal service levels
  • implement onboarding and training plans for new hourly crewmembers
  • foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all crewmembers
  • enforce health and safety policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace
  • handle corrective actions related to various audits and ensure compliance with company policies
