Job Requirements
- Must have a degree in hospitality preferred
- 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
- proficiency in P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to maintain a positive work environment
- knowledge of health and safety regulations
- ability to manage and train team members
- experience handling audits and corrective actions
Job Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality preferred
- minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
- multi-unit management experience is a plus
- proficiency with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions
Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations for OTG's diverse concepts including retail, quick-service, and full-service restaurants in the assigned area
- ensure all food and beverage products meet OTG's standards for quality and presentation
- manage scheduling and staffing to maintain optimal service levels
- implement onboarding and training plans for new hourly crewmembers
- foster a positive and inclusive work environment for all crewmembers
- enforce health and safety policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace
- handle corrective actions related to various audits and ensure compliance with company policies
