Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with discretion
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work approximately 47.5 hours per week or more as needed
- Physical ability to perform restaurant duties including walking, bending, twisting, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, or moving objects up to 55 pounds
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience
- At least two years of management experience
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively
- Experience in managing a P&L
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to mentor and develop team members
- Proven problem-solving abilities

- Delegate responsibilities to team members
