Job Requirements
- Degree in hospitality preferred
- Three to five years of leadership experience in full service restaurants or retail
- Multi-unit experience a plus
- Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions
Job Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in full-service restaurants or retail
- Multi-unit management experience is a plus
- Proficiency with profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting

Job Duties
- Oversee daily operations for OTGs diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
- Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation align with OTG standards
- Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new hourly crewmembers
- Maintain a positive work environment for all crewmembers
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Handle corrective actions related to Coyle and NSF audits
