Job Requirements

  • Degree in hospitality preferred
  • Three to five years of leadership experience in full service restaurants or retail
  • Multi-unit experience a plus
  • Proficiency in profit and loss analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work varied hours including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and inclement weather conditions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily operations for OTGs diverse concepts including retail, QSR, and full-service restaurants in an allocated area
  • Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation align with OTG standards
  • Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure optimal service levels
  • Lead onboarding and training programs for new hourly crewmembers
  • Maintain a positive work environment for all crewmembers
  • Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Handle corrective actions related to Coyle and NSF audits
